Bruce Mackay has been a favourite of mine for a while now, so we are glad to see that Wolves is hosting this exhibition. His lino work is beautiful and his tree branch illustrations needs to hang on my wall.
You can see more of his work here, and make sure to be at Wolves this Friday to see his impressive work.

Louis Minnaar took a very different approach this time around, creating round posters for the latest batch of Bittereinder gigs.
As always it’s very impressive, and the Campus Invasion tour made a mistake by not giving him the job for their posters.

The next installment of Rebel Alliance and another great poster by Ben Rausch, again featuring cats.
This time round they are taking on a Sci-Fi theme with a music and film mash-up. Make sure to join in the fun at The Bioscope, by the sound of it the last few were epic.
Also check out the trailer for the event right here.

Rock and Roll at it’s best, Rouleaux’s poster for Highway to Hell sets the tone for a night of mayhem.
In true Ram Jam style, DJ’s Chopper and Iron Leyden will keep you dancing all night, and Jack Daniel’s decided to join the party this time around so expect chaos.

Get ready for the upcoming foam party by Dogbox (Griet and Hotbox) at the Hotbox studio. Nice bold fonts, Rock and Roll horns. What more do you want?

The Cape Town International Tattoo Convention is rolling into town this weekend, and as always, they host some exciting gigs too.
Simon Berndt was the chosen man for the artwork, and we all know why. Make sure to get your skin under the needle this weekend and try not to ruin your fresh tattoo while moshing to The Great Apes or Shadowclub.
